Following the explosion everyone tries to stay calm and maintain order. But Jules and Beltran who were in the middle of of an operation are trapped in the OR and Beltran is pinned and the patient is in bad shape, so Jules has to operated with Beltran instructing her. Ben searches for Miranda and when she finds them she tells them that link was severely injured along with Oweand Winston they try to help him but it's obvious they need to get him to the hospital but the elevator is down so they try carrying him down but when his bleeding continues they decide to operate. Grey enlists the new interns to help her help the injured so they break into the clinic and they're all nervous. But when one of them collapses they try to help but ultimately they need to operate.
